My only other disappointment was the lack of (if any) seafood that was advertised for the seafood buffet on the Tuesday night I was there. It is odd that smoking is not allowed in many places in the entire stucture but the state of Minnesota lets casinos have smoking. Needless to say, I lasted about ten minutes. I am not a gambler but wanted to spend a little time and money on the casino floor only to be engulfed and made uncomfortable by the smoke coming from the other gamblers. But, from the moment you walk in the lobby the smell of cigarette smoke hits you. The personnel were very helpful and polite. The pool was roomy and the hot tub was very good.
The room was nice and clean with the usual anemities.
The choice of a good hotel in this area is bleak other than staying at the Grand Casino.
